French Circa 1900 Painted Tôle Lantern with Pierced Crown and Three Lights

This French lantern, dating to circa 1900, is crafted in painted tôle and distinguished by its elegant, vertically oriented cylindrical form. The upper section is surmounted by a domed cap and encircled by a finely pierced crown gallery, adding a decorative and architectural refinement characteristic of French exterior lighting of the period.

The painted surface presents a soft, time-worn patina in pale grey tones, allowing subtle variations and wear to enhance the overall character without detracting from its cohesion.
