Pair of 19th Century English Walnut Veneered Chests with Brushing Slides

The upper drawer is a single long drawer skillfully divided on the façade to appear as two smaller drawers, maintaining visual symmetry while maximizing storage capacity.

Below, two full-width graduated drawers provide additional storage. The tops feature figured veneer panels framed with crossbanding and gently rounded front edges. Brass bail pulls with shaped backplates complement the warm walnut tones.
